You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a refund if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The product is not as described on our website
- You received the wrong item
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review your claim within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up or provide return instructions
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Important Notes

- Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for refund unless damaged
